The SWIM project aims to achieve an Integrated Concept for the implementation of the fairway relocation through capital dredging. Within the SWIM project, a common IT platform will be developed to implement the necessary solutions for the rehabilitation of the fairway, which will be jointly implemented by the Romanian and Bulgarian waterway administrations.
