The SWIM project aims to achieve an Integrated Concept for the implementation of the activities of the relocation of the channel through capital dredging works. Within the SWIM project, a common IT platform will be developed, for the implementation of the necessary solutions for the rehabilitation of the channel, which will be jointly implemented by the waterway administrations in Romania and Bulgaria.
